The Master follows the Doctor to Heroes

I've written about this more in my general blog, but Eric Roberts is following Christopher Eccleston on Heroes. The first Christopher Eccleston episode of Heroes aired last night in the US, and it'll be interesting to see where it all goes from there.

I gather that Heroes should be starting fairly soon in the UK -- so I'd certainly recommend it to those of you in the UK when it starts..

Eccleston on Heroes -- first images!

The following trailer has our first glimpses of Christopher Eccleston on Heroes. I'll generally write up about Heroes elsewhere, but if it's so specifically Christopher Eccleston related...

Eccleston a Hero: A Second Source

Following up on an ealier report that Christopher Eccleston is going to be on Heroes, we now have imdb also reporting on the story. So I think the likelyhood of this has really shot up -- it looks like it's getting picked up by wire sources generally.

And to think that I already thought Heroes was the coolest new show of the year....

Eccleston on Heroes?

I'm intrigued by the report on TV Guide (and on Superhero Hype that Christopher Eccleston is going to resurface on my favorite new show of 2006, Heroes.

Of course, there have been a bunch of rumors as far as Eccleston has been concerned post-Doctor Who and none of them have really panned out. He's not the Joker, he wasn't Grand Moff Tarkin, and there's no sign of him as The Prisoner either. Of course, this has an absolute date of January on it -- so we'll see him sooner rather than later. And as Heroes has an international cast, I can see that as a show he'd be an interesting fit for.
